First I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge and especially the exhibitors who braved Storm Arwen to be there on what was, locally, a beautiful day.
Puppy Dog 1 (0)
1st: Wallace’s Kilbourne Claude McAdam. 8 month old well balanced dog with pleasing head and dark eye. Good shoulder placement, crisp coat, good deep chest and spring of rib. A little raw at the moment, needs time to mature. Enjoyed himself in the ring but difficult to assess movement as he was very playful.
Novice Dog 1 (1)
1st: Wallace’s Araceta The Gamekeeper. Lovely head and expression. Long neck leading to adequate shoulder placement though would prefer a bit more length in the return of upper arm. A little flat on the topline but strong hind quarters. Pasterns a little loose on the move.

1st, Best Dog, Reserve Best in Show & BOS. Barclay’s Cotherstone Finlaggan. Fully mature male with a masculine head, neat ears and dark eye. Plenty of strong bone. Good shoulder placement, deep chest and lovely strong loin. Well muscled hind quarters, neat feet. Moved out well

1st, Best Puppy in Show. Fraser’s Caraidanam Sidh Chailleann. Just 6 months’ old, delightful, pretty bitch with a dark, crisp coat. Sweet feminine head with dark eye and neat ears. Good bone, well laid shoulder and excellent spring of rib. Good loin and croup and a lovely long tail. Moved extremely well for one so young.

1st McAlpine’s Gentiehun Iso Harmaa Koira. Very feminine, curvy 18 month old bitch with lovely head and expression. Strong neck leading into correct shoulder placement. Pleasing in profile with nice topline but would prefer a little more muscle in the hind quarters. Moved well but a little close behind

Post Graduate Bitch 1 (3)
1st, RBB. Jackson’s Killoeter Unique. Another lovely curvy bitch with feminine head and well set ears. Correct shoulder placement, lovely deep chest. Correct topline, strong loin and well muscled hind quarters which she used to drive out on the move.
Open Bitch 1 (3)
1st , Best Bitch, Best In Show. Swanson’s Altimarlach Archangel. Stunning, strong, well-made bitch with a gentle head and expression. Strong neck, excellent shoulder placement. Deep chest, strong loin and well muscled hind quarters with good second thigh. Excellent strong, straight hocks and neat feet. Powerful on the move, easy action and strode out with drive from behind. Loved everything about her.
